If you provide care to someone who lives in St Helens and would like to start a registration with our Centre you can do so by completing this online form.

Once we receive your form one of our Carer Wellbeing Team will arrange a time to telephone you to complete your registration.

They will listen to you, ask you about what you do in your caring role and how it impacts on you and what information may help you. They will tell you about the services we offer, which aim to provide support you may require as you continue in your caring role.     

Sometimes we may feel if it better to signpost or refer you to a different organisation and we will let you know this when we speak, we would not do this without your consent.
